AMC Rules & Standard Terms
- Monthly plans are billed every month. Yearly plans are billed once a year in advance.
- Service visits must be scheduled in advance (except emergency visits in higher plans).
- Spare parts cost is extra unless mentioned as free labour / discounted parts.
- You can upgrade your plan anytime. Remaining value will be adjusted.
- Cancellation is possible. Unused period may be refunded as per policy (after admin approval).
- AMC covers only the appliances/services mentioned in the plan.
- Payment is processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Wallets).
